Your diet and nutrition are key to getting in top shape. Without a solid nutritional plan, you won’t see amazing results. It’s a fact you have to accept. You don’t have to get discouraged. Eating healthy can be fun. It might not be as easy eating junk food. But there is an expression that rings true here. “Nothing good ever happened overnight.” I’m best meal prep services, here to help.
These are the main meals I include in my diet for a healthy lifestyle.
1. My Morning Smoothie
Nearly every morning, I make sure to have a smoothie. It should contain a banana, rolled Oats, peanut butter, blueberries, and a scoop protein powder. My Magic Bullet is my best friend. In minutes, I can make a nutritious and tasty meal.
2. Raw Nuts
While this is not really a meal, it is a good idea to include healthy snacks throughout your day to keep your metabolism going and your cravings in check. However, you should ensure that nuts are not roasted or glazed. You can’t count chocolate coated or honey roasted. Try a handful raw almonds or pecans.
3. Chicken Salad
Every evening, I make sure to bring a few salads to work for lunch and snack. The lettuce and spinach are my choices. I then add in chicken, cucumbers or tomatoes and half an avacado. I will always use an oil-based dressing. To be completely honest, I rarely use extra-virgin olive oil. All the flavor comes from the vegetables, and the chicken.
4. Stir Fry
This is my go-to place that I haven’t been in a while. It’s tasty, and I’m not sure why. I either find a chicken breast (or a lean cut of beef) and chop it up into small pieces. After the meat is fried, I add mushrooms, brown rice and broccoli to the dish. After everything has been cooked, I will add some soy sauce or balsamic Vinegar to enhance the flavor. I love it!
5. Chicken Fajitas
This wrap is the only thing that isn’t great. You won’t find out what the wrap or bread is, no matter how good it looks. This is not a good thing. That’s why I choose whole grain wraps. It’s the closest to healthy. To make chicken breasts, chop them into small pieces. Once they are fried, add in extra virgin olive oils and some mushrooms and bell peppers. Then add some chicken fajita sauce and serve it with salsa. My absolute favorite dish!
